Adiponectin and Intact Proinsulin:

2,7 ml EDTA-Plasma
(sufficient for both determinations)
Parameters are stable over 5 days at room temperature in non-centrifuged whole blood.

The samples can be shipped in containers that protect the tubes.

HsCRP:

4,9 ml Serum.

Parameter is stable over a minimum of 5 days at room temperature on whole blood.
